1. Introduction

Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. glgl33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated transactions, and forfeit any balances found therein without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.2 Wagering Requirements

12. Suspension & Termination

glgl33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The account shows no activity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormancy).

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at glgl33's discretion. Where account closure is not due to player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure or player-initiated self-exclusion), any verified balance will be returned to the player's designated payment method after completion of applicable verification procedures.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to glgl33's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or competent courts with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

glgl33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.
